New home narrowed down

We put our application in today for a "Deluxe apartment in the sky" downtown St. Paul. It's small. But we get a pool/hot tub/sauna, exercise room, party room, parking ramp, amazing views from the 26th floor, tennis and basketball courts, and a great location right downtown. Oh and countertops! Yay
