So I had no clients this afternoon, not my fault as I couldnt get them in at such short notice in this new surgery.

So I have binned Nadia. Its not that i didnt fancy her or wasnt over Kate (which may or may not be the case) there wasnt that *spark*

Anyway, there is a receptionist at work who I have the hots for. Im reluctant to do anything proactive in chatting her up as work/life shoudnt come together.
