[ Signius pulled himself away from staring out over the landscape once the announcement was made, frowning slightly. He shouldn't have been surprised that there was a Kafra representative on the ship, nor should he be surprised that she was the one taking charge of some of these things. But even so, he seemed to be a little offput by it.

Against his better judgment, he made his way over towards the storage area. On one hand, he was a trained knight and had already seen such things before. On the other, he should probably at least become familiar with the Kafra representative, as they could be extremely helpful when things were needed. ]

[ Immediately perking up when she spots someone coming her way; and here she thought she'd have to spend all day by herself. ]

Good morning! Are you here for general Kafra services or Classes 101? Or both, I've got time.

[ He'd decided it was worth making an effort to draw some of his old self back to the front; at least for now people might not think of him as some broody war veteran. He bowed slightly to the Kafra woman, a gesture of respect. ]

Good morning. Do not worry, Miss... I am an old, trained man by now. I just felt that perhaps it would be worth it to introduce myself to you if we are to be... working together.

[ He still didn't like the way that those words sounded or formed in his mouth. Even so, it was not Khepri's fault he was here so there was no reason to take it out on her. ]

[ 'Miss?' Now that was a cute one. ]

Well you definitely look trained, one of the swordsman classes, right? I wouldn't call you old though; you look like you've got a few more good years on you.

[ Seeing the ruins of Morroc had been very sobering and distressing. Ava could only stand to look at it for a couple minutes before she couldn't look at it anymore and fled back to the room she had chosen to occupy. It was frightening that something could do that.

When Ava hears Khepri's announcement, she hesitantly makes her way to Floor 2 and shuffles over to the storage area. It takes her a while since she's still getting used to the layout of the airship.

She makes sure to stand a few feet away from Khepri, looking apprehensive and nervous but waiting for whenever the Kafra is ready to address her. ]

[ ... It was kind of like watching a really shy Lunatic trying to work up the courage to join a pack frolicking with an Eclipse. Cute enough though for Khepri to make a small motion with her hand for the woman to draw closer. ]

Good morning, or afternoon depending on what floats your boat. Are you here for general Kafra services or Classes 101?

[ Ava does take a few steps closer and looks down at her hands before replying. ]

Good afternoon. Classes 101. ... What am I supposed to know about them?

Plenty. Is there anything that you already know about them or would you like Khepri to start from the beginning?

[ When Khepri catches sight of the grumping cat girl heading her way, she can't help but give an amused grin. ]

Morning, Sunshine.

[ The crankiness is cute, and so long as Koma doesn't try clawing Khepri's eyes out or something along those lines, a little grumpiness is acceptable. ]

You can get all the sleep you want later. Right now is the time to start considering your future here with the Sleipnir! Your future class, to be exact.

[Allen had been stood on the deck of the ship, not too far away from Kanda while staring at the horizon. When the voice appears over the horns he yelps lightly in surprise, but he listens carefully to the announcement, and recognises the voice, as he decides it is likely worth going along to this thing. He makes to head toward the storage area where he had first met Khepri, but he pauses and glances back once more.

After a pause, he retraces his steps and gently catches hold of Kanda's upper arm.]

Come on, let's go see what this is about.

[He smiles, gesturing toward the stairs leading down below deck.]

[ooc: GAH SO LATE, I'M SO SORRY. I hope it isn't too late to jump in on this post. Allen->Kanda->Khepri for posting order? :B]

[Glancing dully at Allen, as though he can't really be bothered to come up with an emotional response to him, Kanda allows himself to be pulled along. He's unusually docile about it, not troubling to jerk his arm free of Allen's grasp.

He's not really interested in any lessons, but he's also not interested enough in anything else to make him care much either way. He just accompanies Allen in silence.]

[ When Khepri catches sight of Allen, and his little tag-along who gets a mention just because he's there, she brightens up a bit, giving a wave toward both men before shifting into her regulatory smile and bow. ]

Good afternoon! Are you here for general Kafra services or Classes 101? Or my charming company, perhaps?

[Allen gives Khepri a wave in greeting and offers his customary bright smile as he approaches.]

Good afternoon, Khepri. If your charming company comes with the added extra of information on classes then I certainly won't complain!

[He grins playfully, then he glances toward Kanda with a nod.]

Kanda, this is Khepri. She's part of the--[He pauses in thought, then it returns to him.]--Kafra guild. They offer various services here. [He then turns back to Khepri.] This is Kanda, he's a comrade of mine from our world.

[ That confused look on the foreigners' faces is slowly becoming an amusement for Khepri. ]
