The Legend (historical kdrama) looks pretty awesome. I've now watched 6/32 episodes on my Malaysian DVD set (even the subs are good this time!!!) and feel like I will end up marathoning it any day now :).

I'm thinking of ordering either Mawang or Hong Gil Dong on DVD. The legit sets hideously expensive, but I'm willing to spurge for one. But I can't decide which one to choose, since I've seen neither one (though the f-lists has been going crazy over both).

I've been slowly watching Snow White every now and then when it's a slow period at work (Sundays are very good for this :)) and am now halfway through it (8 episodes watched). Sun-woo (Lee Wan) is so clearly falling for Young-Hee, the not-too-bright and clumsy heroine of the drama, but she is in love with his brother Jin-woo who is also her best ( Read more... )

Funnily enough, I only had notes mostly for episodes 11-12 which could be called the heartbreak episodes and some happenings near the end :).

Waah, why do I have to have such an early shift tomorrow!!!! I only managed to watch two more episodes of Coffee Prince and now I really must go to sleep so I won't be too tired tomorrow. At least I have a short day tomorrow and after that I can marathon the rest of the series...

Coffee Prince has me totally hooked. I'm about halfway through it already, since I just finished episode 7, and it's total love!!! It's amazing how the extremely girly princess of Goong can turn into the very believable tomboy pretending to be a male in this series ( Read more... )

I just thought I'd report that at least based on about the first 15 minutes of my Malaysian DVD set of the Coffee Prince, the subs are still good and totally understandable and nowhere near the totally unintelligible Engrish some other Malaysian DVD sets have provided :). Yay!

While my computer was downloading some things last night (Ichipon 2, Honey and Clover 1-2, an episode of Jani-Ben, etc), I popped my Damo DVDs into the DVD player and ended up breezing through episodes 2-5 of it.

I might end up doing some more marathoning tonight... And I think I have a girlcrush on Ha Ji Won. She is just awesome in the lead role ( Read more... )

LOL, I love dangermousie's viral influence, since I know at least two other people in addition to me have already started watching Snow White just because of her posts on it :D. And both are already really far into it.
