Yes, I think it's a new novella. But she has enough fans to buy it as a hardcover book :p.

Even though I'm much older than your target reading-group, I loved the version I read, so I'm trying to recommend it to everyone I know. The published version is probably going to be even better (tighter story and all) than the one I read, so what is there not to recommend :).

I can't wait to read INK and some more stories by you, since I always enjoy well-written stories, whatever age-group they are aimed at .

RE: final text
I think it's a lot tighter. The version you read was the original manuscript that my agent initially shopped. There are some scenes that are now gone from the text, details added, & of course, all that tightening & fine tuning. It reads so much better now. Such is the beauty of having two awesome editors . . .

RE: Target readers
Harper UK is marketing to adult & YA readers. A number of adult paranormal romance author in the US have read it & reacted as you are . . . It wasn't the market I intended, but I'm glad it's pleasing to adult readers too.

RE: INK, et al
Thank you :)

I just finished Jade Tiger. If you love strong heroines (and martial arts movies) it's great.
