She has no naughty and nice lists (just about everyone she knows is getting something, even the people she doesn't particularly like), and nobody wrote her letters wishing and hoping and dreaming for some particular goodie that year. She doesn't look up, recognizing Samus' voice, and decides to tease her. "Yes, there's definitely one of those in here, somewhere."

*With a smirk, Samus teases right back.*

Well, it isn't hidden very well. I can see a nose from here.

"Well, if you'd like to try and find the rest, you're more than welcome. But it might be safer to sit down and wait for the inevitable emergence." Ali crosses something out, writing something in the tiny space between it and the entry above it, then tucks her pen behind her ear.
