I was skeptical when the doc noted I may have injured myself with my weightlifting belt, but squatting Sat I realized it pressed right into the sore area. My new guess is I had it too tight for deadlifting, and let it sit too high as you need to bring it up more when you bend to the floor. Yesterday I wore my bestbelts "Fuchsia" (bright pink) belt for the first time. Not only that, I wore it to the SW DC gym, full of machismo guys bellowing at one another in thick dialects.
