I had it all planned out. Even if I didn't originally get a spot in the Minnesota Fringe Festival, I would wait it out and triumph in the final hour. All of the box officers at the Fringe are volunteers. Many of them can do math. But many, as you may know, is not the same as all.

My house manager last night told me that there is a Fringe hall of fame for box officer math errors. Her favorite is:
