I was talking to Some Drug Rep and That Random Distributor a couple months ago, and they mentioned they had generic marboflaxacin. Unfortunately, I can't find That Random Company in the phone book! We have been having trouble with our diff stains. A while back (2 months maybe?) the cells on our slides weren't staining. I dumped out all the stain and refilled the coplan jars with fresh to see if that would help. It did for a bit, but now it's doing the same thing again. it's usually the nucleii won't stain. Anyone here work in toxicology? I'm looking for the latest and greatest info on bromethalin tox.

I have a 10ml vial of Prozinc insulin and wonder how many doses is in it? It says 40 units but it also says 10ml on the box. Which is which. The dose for Sam is 1 unit twice a day. Is this just a months worth? I meant to ask the vet but forgot.

A man came into our ER tonight with a small, limp dog. He claimed it was his neighbor's dog, and that said neighbor had been in a motorcycle accident about a week ago, and since he hadn't seen the dog in a while he went over to check on it. I just got off the phone with my breeder. She is going to pay for his surgery. All of it. I will pay for the consults (which are managable with my professional discounts.)

I am so happy! I love my breeder! Who said there were not nice people left in this world!!

My 17 week old whippet puppy (not him in icon, thats my adult whippet) has a bad heart condition. Confirmed today by a veterinary cardiologist. He has a congenital condition called pulmanry stenosis. Ok, found this in a 5 y/o Black labs stool sample. Stool sample is from 9am this am. Outdoor kenneled lab. Not around horses or cows. Does eat strange things. The THING was not moving. There were at least 15-20 of them in the stool.
