It might be C. chordorhiza; what is different is that leaves are much thinner and in Gleason&Cronquist they point at sphagnum bogs as the habibat. It might be collected from a rich fen (certainly not Sphagnum bog). I have to check the specimen again when I am in the Museum of Nature (it is there).
