Took a trip to the nearby Borders today, and picked myself up .hack//XXXX 1 and .hack//G.U.+ 2. I eyed the Battle Royale manga series (they had them individually, from 1 - 15, but they also had rather large compilations) and the Neon Genesis Evangelion manga (which I'd just love to pick up one day - at the end of it all, I'm still an Eva fan)

I've never tried the other Bourne Novels because... they're not Robert Ludlum D: But maybe they're good Iunno...

have you read the other ones? they any good? my only exposure to the series is through the movies, which I did enjoy...

I've only read a quarter of the first one and the plot itself is quite different. The movies took out the story of a terrorist Bourne was trying to capture and the fact that Bourne got plastic surgery... I think. It's been awhile I don't remember very well, but that the book was totally different from the movie.

According to my mom though, the TV series made in 1988 is more true to the books.
