Isshun no Kaze ni Nare proved to me that Shunji is better suited in more serious roles (not unlike Otoya in WataKyou). He pouts and rages excellently

I find PGSM to be light-hearted fun. As for it being cheap, I assume (perhaps wrongly) that it's more because a Henshin Heroine show would never have as high a budget as a Henshin Hero show (at least the mainstream one such as KR anyway). And I do like this Tuxedo Mask (I don't remember him as a jerk, so maybe a re-watch is in order). Thought his actor was cool (what little I saw of him) in KR Hibiki.

Haven't read the moegame blog article (ha, I found moegame last October but never kept up with it), but I believe Mirai/Mebius will be fine. Tsuburaya (or whoever are in charge of producing Ultraman shows these days) don't usually put title characters in some other thing just to regulate those characters to side roles.

Light-hearted is a good word to describe it. Your point on it being a heroine show is good, too. I didn't consider that, but I bet it has some weight on the budget. I love[d] Tuxedo Mask, I only called him a jerk as in the beginning he's kinda mean to Sailor Moon etc. since he doesn't really know what's going on just yet.

I hope so. With such a large number of heroes in the movie, I wonder how they're going to handle it. Of course, I haven't been let down yet, so I guess I should have faith in Tsuburaya/whoever :D

Wingsong (who subbed Yuukan Club) is supposed to be doing Isshun no Kaze ni Nare. They're generally pretty fast, so I'd expect to see the first episode up subbed in the next week or so. *is holding off downloading until subs are available, so I can watch with a friend*

Yeah, I'm kinda wondering how much of a lead role Mirai's going to get as well, since all the articles make it out that this is more Daigo's movie. I'm a bit less fussed on it now that we've got Armored Darkness coming, since I really want to see more of Mirai with the rest of the gang. The first movie was weak on that (for good reasons, but still...), and it always makes me a bit sad.

Ah, glad to hear someone is planning to sub it. I hate watching things and not being able to appreciate the writing due to lack of understanding. ^^;

I'm trying not to get too worked up about this being Daigo's movie, as the other Ultras need a chance to shine, but I'm so much more partial to Mirai and co. that it's hard not to be biased. Just gotta hold out for Armored Darkness, then!

Yeah, it started to snow. O_O; It probably won't stick though. Weather forecast says it's going to be mid-50s tomorrow. Seriously I don't get it, freezing one day, mild/warm the next!
