Ooh, glad someone recognised it :). TNG has always been my go to Star Trek, there were always re-runs of in on when I was a kid but it was this episode 'Measure of a man' which caused my soul to be sold to the sci-fi genre.

Ah. Word games and thought games and prose games - NICE! I think this “I’m a universe who enjoys a television show about a bunch of people exploring the universe. It’s pathetically self-indulgent.” perfectly sums up how most of us spend our time.

I love the idea of sentient multi-verses, especially those who watch Star Trek and quibble with each other. Really amusing and entertaining!
