:D When I think of Star Trek, I don't think of TNG, somehow. But I recognize that Data episode. :D

Despite all good sense Jael finds that the supernovas and white dwarves and black holes within him are forming a rant.

"The human we have commandeered for the purpose of translating our communications into a form understandable by human eyes wishes to speak. We shall allow this-"

Ooh, glad someone recognised it :). TNG has always been my go to Star Trek, there were always re-runs of in on when I was a kid but it was this episode 'Measure of a man' which caused my soul to be sold to the sci-fi genre.

"Thank you, we are much obliged and pleasured that you have enjoyed and found our phenomena apt."

Ah. Word games and thought games and prose games - NICE! I think this “I’m a universe who enjoys a television show about a bunch of people exploring the universe. It’s pathetically self-indulgent.” perfectly sums up how most of us spend our time.

"Ah, the art of self-indulgence, such a glorious human thing."

"Ahem, 'human' thing, didn't you just admit you were self indulgent?"

"No that was you."

"Yes, we both did."

"No. Just you."

"Shut up."

I love the idea of sentient multi-verses, especially those who watch Star Trek and quibble with each other. Really amusing and entertaining!
