Miai Update... plus a new fic. Maybe.

So, I figured I'd update my Miai readers on the next chapter since it's nearing the end of the month. :) I've tried to keep my updates with this fic consistent, but I really don't know if I'll be able to get this chapter out any time soon. To be honest, I've removed/altered/added so many scenes in this chapter that to me, it just seems all over the

I am an idiot when it comes to games.. So i would not know about WoW.. unless I dont need to know about the game to read the fic.. am all in for it XD
And about Miai.. It is one of my fav fics.. Take your time with the updates.. Don't worry about us.. XD
I get many crazy ideas too when it comes to fics.. but am not a very good writer, so they just stay in my head XD

Oh no, you don't need to know about the game. ;) I'll try and include explanations (I'll most likely link pictures as well) for some things that can't be explained well or you need a visual. :D But it's great you're in for it, thank you! ^-^

Ah, but I do worry. My beloved readers are always important to me, and I want to impress you all. XD But thank you anyway, I just don't want to take too long with updates... the more I leave it, the more I'll procrastinate. I don't think I write nearly half the stuff that comes to mind. I'm sure you can be a great writer, though. :)

It may just be me, but I think Miai is a fic that needs to be somewhat slow-paced. There has only been a couple chapters so far, so I'm not expecting anything big to happen yet. I haven't found any of the chapters to be boring so I have no idea what you're talking about XD. With me, I'm not really looking for soap opera drama or anything like that in Miai. I guess you could say I'm more interested in the day-to-day things that go on, like Kouyou and Yutaka talking and starting to get along last chapter. I don't know what you have planned for this story, but to me, the plot sounds like its basically Yuu and Kouyou become friends and eventually fall in love. That's more of a plot that takes time to achieve with both big and little steps/events in the story. The first couple chapters clearly started with so big events, and the last was more about the little ones, which may be why that particular chapter seemed boring too you. But I think the little things are just as interesting as the big things that happened. Like Kouyou having to

I think I read this twice and then got teary-eyed lol. Gosh, thank you so very much! This was a total confidence boost. It's really nice to hear that someone likes those day-to-day things, because I also enjoy writing those moments. I'll just say that I think you're very observant with this idea... of course, there are some twists and turns, but that is the general idea of how things will go. :) Yes, these past two chapters have been a bit mellow in terms of events, so I think you're right.

I'm just extremely paranoid, because I like the pace of the fic and where it's going, but as reader myself, I can understand what readers want. So I get anxious about people not liking it. (>_<) But I think it's just one of "those" chapters. I'm pretty sure a lot of people produce something out of love, but don't like it too much. XD I guess I'm just being critical of my own writing at the moment

I'm so glad that my comment was of help to you. It's okay to want people to enjoy and read your fics, but you should focus on writing primarily for yourself. Write something that you enjoy, and something that you would want to read because in reality, not everyone likes the same stuff. It's impossible to write something that everyone will like, so write what you like and there will be people out there who have the same tastes

It helped me a whole lot! I usually do write for myself, because I write what I want to read and therefore that's what most of my fics are about. Things that I would like to read about, things that I'm interested in, and therefore, want to write about. But I guess I just like pleasing other people as well... I'm just paranoid and anxious by nature, so I guess it shows sometimes

Take your time with "Miai" don't rush yourrself, we can wait!
As for the fantasy fic, I'd love to read it. It sounds interesting and, well, I like reading such things :D

to tell the truth, Miai is one of my fave fic to read.. i mean i just love the periodic atmosphere it has. i started reading it'd be a shame if i dont get to it till the end :)and i started as a ghost reader m(_ _)m
