To answer your questions:

1. Yep, there is a sequel, tentatively titled "Entropy." Since this fic's ending is already written, I've already begun working on it.

2. One more chapter to end this fic, then the next fic begins. There is a big mystery (and a semi-conclusion of Logan's Felix mystery) in the "now," while the "then" focuses on the Aaron Echolls trial, and the year that passes during it.

3. And I am SO not telling! lol Maybe all of the above. ;)

I am confused now? Can you explain that more?

Ok so the sequel takes place when? right after prom? while Veronica goes to college? Or did this story happen during the Aaron Echolls trial and we didn't really see it? Is there still LoVe? I'm am just so curious

Okay, let me see if I can explain without giving too much away:

The fic takes place a year after graduation ("now"). Within "now" is the big continuing mystery V is working to solve, as well as the end of the Felix thing (which continues in the last chapter). The "then" part is focusing on the year after graduation, in which Logan is in UCSD with Wallace and Jackie, and his return to Neptune for the Aaron trial.

So, in a nutshell, the "then" part is going to be different than in this fic, because it won't be in neat, one after the other order. It's focusing on specific moments in their year. Did that help?

By God. I LoVe your fanfic so much, everything is so intense. I've spent last night (I saw this post yesterday) and this afternoon reading all the previous chapters. I absolutely adore your style of writing and how you voice everyone.

Although, I don't think it would be likely that Veronica would cheat on Duncan and fall for Logan.. so.. madly, I guess. I mean (earlier chapters) trying to get Logan to pash in the next room? That's a bit.. un V like, more Lilly but I guess that's what you're sort of going for?

ANYWAYS. Kudos to you. PLEASE, have a sequel (hopefully where everything ends well and all hope is good for LoVe and they can have crazy gorgeous children) :]

I know a lot of people don't believe that V would cheat on Duncan (and, actually, I'm one of them), BUT I wanted to explore the idea that there is/was a sense of longing between L/V, simply because V ended the relationship before it could fully run its course.

Then, throw in all the problems between D/V, her unhappiness at being at this stalemate, Logan living in such close quarters with Duncan, and so on and so forth, and things will explode and crumble. I also wanted to show a V that wasn't entirely in control of her emotions, as hard as she tries, she holds way too much in, and sooner or later, it's all going to tumble over.

And the fact that it was like Lilly was kinda the point. ;)

There is a sequel planned, very soon. *g*

Dude, there is something about the way you write V in this fic that makes me want to smack her. Seriously, as if she and Logan haven't gone through enough - she can't just tell him she loves him?! Grrr.

*deep breath* No worries, I'm not frustrated with you, just with the character. And hey, it's a testament to you as a writer for making the situation and character so believable that I get this worked up about it. Excellent chapter, I cannot believe there's only one more to go (sequel! pretty please?!). Please let them make up and finally get down & dirty. Hee!

Things I loved this chapter: the detail about Logan looking at sleeping Veronica (aww!), the detail about Wallace and Logan playing video games (dude, you cannot dropkick me from across the street fave line!), Celeste Kane (personification of ice bitch), Sheriff Lamb and the FBI mentions, the hot hot hot L/V kiss before breaking my heart with the breakup.

Awesome update. You have no idea how dorky and giddy I was when I saw that there was a new chap... I'm suuuuuch a dork.

There is a sequel, coming very soon. It's plenty darker than this one, but there is some funny moments (God, I hope you guys find them funny) and some L/V.
