I really liked tonight's episode. I wonder if it's because I find the whole child soldier issue very gripping and tragic. I've watched the documentary Invisible Children and it is very powerful. I also noticed that they sort of did a shout out (maybe?) to the real child soldier by one of the characters "Beah." Ishmeal Beah wrote the memoir "A Long ( Read more... )

I agreee about what you said about the Dick comment. It was probably the best part of the episode in my opinion. A+ for Ryan.

I loved it! The only thing I didn't love was Logan and Parker. That has NOTHING to do with any LoVe obsession because I can't stand Veronica and Logan, but I really can't stand Parker and Logan. But the rest? Amazing, and I ADORE Veronica and Piz!

I think what makes the Veronica and Piz work better than Logan and Parker is that they're more honest with their relationship. Veronica isn't nearly as into Piz as he is into her, but he's fully aware of that fact and they've sort of settled into their hassle-free relationship. With Logan and Parker, Parker feels more strongly for Logan than he does for her, but he's faking it (to a degree) and, up until now, she was oblivious to that fact.

I agree. If Veronica is happy, I'm happy. Did anyone notice the cute Piz kiss on the head in the scene where she finds out she's been accepted to the FBI? That was adorable, how the camera wasn't centered on them and they did a cute little kiss.

Yeah, she is generally not a very happy person so it's nice to see. I did see the cute little Piz kiss upon re-watch. Awwww.
