Weevil wasn't forced to steal Madison's car. Veronica didn't put a gun to his head.
She wasn't thinking clearly, some girls do some crazy things to get revenge even if someone else gets hurt or gets thrown in jail they'll do it just because all they can think of is revenge.

If we've learned anything these past couple of days, it's that highly intelligent women can be utterly stupid when it comes to matters of the heart. Just ask Corporal Lisa Nowak. Not that I'm comparing what the psycho-naut did to what Veronica did, I'm just saying love makes people do crazy things sometimes ( ... )

Did she not say in a VO that she's acting crazy? She knew that is was crazy. Duh. Of course it was. She was heartbroken and hurting and wanted to lash out. The car represented everything about Madison that she hated. And in the end, she had better judgement and changed her mind. I think it's fine. And I agree with someone above, I wish the fandom (not OP) would just lay off a bit. I think that she has shown some major character development in the past two episodes.

I don't think it was particularly out of character for Veronica, all things considered... but I was definitely disappointed in her, that's for sure.

You know, when Dick is more mature than V, she should worry. I mean, theoretically Dick cares about Madison, though I don't see much evidence of it at any point. Anyway, he finds out his best friend slept with his former girlfriend (in an immature and not-nice revelation from V), and he goes to Logan and tells him straight, "That's not cool ( ... )
