your GHB question...I'm not entirely sure how GHB works, but I know, like alcohol, people have different types of tolerance. Veronica is really tiny compared to Madison and Carmen, plus, we don't know how much GHB, Carmen's boyfriend actually put in her drink and if she drank it all. We're assuming, little tiny Veronica, drank the whole drink, coupled with the alcohol, could have made her pass out ( ... )

I was under the impression that arson if no one is injured would be considered a misdemeanor.Either way his criminal record is clean.

Probably, that I'm not sure. But either way, yes, his record is clean, cause he was never actually caught or charged with any crimes. The only crime he was ever charged of was killing Felix, which Veronica knows he didn't do.

First rule of GHB, no liquor. It's a bad combination.

Keep in mind V weighs about 90 lbs wet... so the combination is going to do nothing but pass her right out.

two vials of GHB in Mercer's cash box there were no consequences until they tied it in to the rapes.Why?

It's a cashbox. I don't think it had Mercer's name on it. -smiling- I mean, it's a fairly difficult thing to tie to just -one- person. I'm sure Mercer wasn't there trying to claim it the next day. I think Lamb was looking for the evidence to slam-dunk Mercer, which is why V's suggestion of the clippers was so appealing to him.

I'm not sure about your questions with Logan, only because I'm not sure the series has been specific enough with the charges that have been brought and upheld against him. Most of the charges have been dropped or have never been pressed to begin with because of lack of evidence.

veronica didn't fall unconsciouse minutes after, not at shelly palmroys party. in a trip to the dentist they explain everything that happened. veronica was out of it, but wasn't passed out. they fed her shots and i think a couple of them made out with her. she didn't completely pass out until dick and beaver brought her to the bed room.

and as for the rapist, if he was using GHB i'm sure he would give the adequate amount in order to pass out, but couldn't he of giving them something else? or has it specifically said that he gives them GHB?

I think when V goes to Lamb about Mercer he says that GHB is what the rapist uses.. I could be wrong though.

I think it depends a lot on how much they actually took. Like, not how much was put in the drinks, but whether or not they drank it all. Vernoica was...thirsty that night, to say the least, so I'm pretty sure she had a full dose of GHB plus all the shots she was being fed. Carmen may have only had a few sips; enough to mess with her memory and lower her inhibition but not enough to zonk her out.
