Therefore I declare that I am going to start writing actual Hannibal recaps of my own. It won't be an easy task (as evidenced by my pitiful attempts to do that

Thank you so much for the comment!
I only used the term "concrit" to be polite and not insult my future readers; as a poor man's Hannibal recapper I'm really welcoming all sorts of related reactions put into words, be they lean or fat, be they clear or rambly. Your readership would be greatly appreciated. :)
Also, would you rather I start from s03e01 or from s02e06, as a sort-of filling in for Cleo before she gets back to Season II? Ideally I would do both seasons simultaniously (of course I don't reckon I'll have the time for that), but finishing Season II first for the benefit of recap-only "viewers" seems pretty community service-y to me.

And thanks also for the extra podcast links, I've since edited them in. -- Although I am having trouble downloading the "Suits and Madness" podcast, especially the episodes more ancient than the ones shown on the Podbay[dot]fm page. (The main problem being I don't seem to find "Download" links available to the episodes on the podcast's main site, be they old or new episodes, and when I use a Wordpress-format link for those old episodes with the proper dates and all -- which proved to work if it were for the newer episodes that are displayed on Podbay -- it tells me there's no such file) If you're listening to that one and are having more luck with the "ancient" episodes, do please let me know!
