A little late for a birthday dinner, isn't it?

Cliff loves flannel sheets. I find them heavy sometimes, unless it's really cold.

It's not late for a bday dinner when you consider that I went to England for 2.5 weeks 4 days after my b'day.

Heifer Project International is a charity that uses donations to purchase wildlife (flocks of chicks, swarms of honeybees, cows, water buffalo, sheep, etc.) for families in countries to use in supporting themselves--harvesting honey, using sheeps' wool for selling to knitters, using water buffalo to plow fields for planting, etc.

The organization is actually based over in Arkansas, not terribly far from Memphis, and is a very worthy one. This church's bazaar stall vendors paid money to rent a table, which went to Heifer Project, as did a portion of their sales.

Yes, me too! And I'm paying for that burst of energy--right now, I'm more than a little tired, but it's just too darn early for bed yet--not even 7 PM here.
