intake: 2 bottles of soylent, one frozen package meal (spicy!)
I did not eat the homemade rice & beans I'd brought to work.
It did replace desperate hungry snacking, which tends to junk food and candy, so that's a win.
Also win: I don't have eat before I'm hungry just because I'm at a time/place where eating is more convenient than it will be later.

it really does act differently from food, so far in a good way:
less drowsy after, filling for longer.
weird.
