Adventures with soylent: day 1

intake: 2 bottles of soylent, one frozen package meal (spicy!)
I did not eat the homemade rice & beans I'd brought to work.

It did replace desperate hungry snacking, which tends to junk food and candy, so that's a win.

Also win: I don't have eat before I'm hungry just because I'm at a time/place where eating is more convenient than it will be later.

I stand at my desk more.

I usually have to eat food more quickly, before it gets cold, but each bottle stretched out over a half hour.

so far, it's useful, palatable enough, and filling; and the net effect is dietary improvement (so far).
