gen/any pairing (preferably not harry/louis, but i'm not bothered if you want to write that):

everyone works for the devil and the band is basically a front for collecting souls. maybe simon is an upper-level demon whose chosen recruitment method is tv, and nick is either a medium who knows that they work for the devil or he's a medium-level demon. OR someone is an angel, do with it what you will.
