Good deal. It was mostly my fault though, since I wasn't proactive enough to drag anyone here, hell or high water. It's a fun place as long as you have someone on hand to pal around with. Otherwise, it can get real boring and lonely. There's no one to talk about the costumes with, or talk about panels. Or laugh/giggle with over the funny things.
Hopefully my friends will show up, since they're first timers, and it'll be fun watching the awe in their faces. Right, elrina753 and roadtriphome?
Hey! No problem. I love giving gifts. I just have to figure out where exactly it is as the moment. Somewhere not in boxes, I know that.
I wish I could too! That's a lovely house, too. Could you find a way? It's not that expensive, and the loan wouldn't be too much. I love older houses. I'm going to be living in a 1930s bungalow type house. It has a shared porch. Parking lot out back so we have a way in and out. It's so awesome. It's shotgun style, so the kitchen's in the back, last room.
Maybe. Just maybe. I'd have to get a solid job though. The other house I had been digging on is STILL not sold either. It's the sort of place I'd like to actually make my fixer upper to sell. It's so low to the ground though that I'd have to find a way to get it set up on a high concrete foundation. Other than that, it would make a great college house with a bit of TLC.
I think you could qualify, though. If you worked hard enough, since you had a solid work history before the store closed. I think you could really enjoy the square footage of the pic shown. Mine's about 400 square feet less. That's practically the apartment next door, too. I'll have an electric stove. I wish it was gas, but at least it works. No dishwasher, either. It's good though. I have plenty of dishes (set of 4 that match, and two mismatch sets). Plenty of plates. All my dishes are melamine. One set's Mickey Mouse, actually.
I think if you get a job and work for a couple months, you might be able to get the house after all. I mean, think about it. The market's not moving at all.

Congrats on the apartment! Wish I could snag me this. It's right by the school!

Aw man, I dig back-of-the-place kitchens.
