You broke my...TOOTH?

Feb 12, 2007 00:36

Couple of quick points.

1) Broken tooth hurts like a mother trucker. I've been drugged up all day and last night it hurt until 5am. Long short: I'll be glad when Thursday gets here and my tooth is taken out. I need to stay home tomorrow but that's not going to be possible. I'll have to leave the lovely Tylenol 4s alone tonight so I can run to ( Read more... )

Owww! You poor thing! Tooth pain is the worst.

I'm glad to know you got the books. Take your time with 'em. I just hope you enjoy them!

Yeah, it really is. I don't like pain all that much. Especially when it's a back tooth.

I'll start reading them over the weekend since my tooth pain won't be gone until Friday or so.

It's awful that you've got to go all week with that. *hugs*

Well, since last Tuesday, actually. The tooth has been filling-less for about year (yeah, yeah, bad move, I know) but it started hurting suddenly. I think because my widom tooth is coming in more.

Well, part of the problem was that my mom didn't make it obvious this was an emergency extraction idea, instead of a tooth that makes me wanna cry by midnight every night. It started hurting worse last Tuesday. So over a week of pain. *sigh*

Well, one problem is that my dentist is only in my area twice a week. Tues 12:30-5 and Thurs 8:30-5. Otherwise he's in Cumming, which is a good 30 minutes up 400, so add another half hour at least for traffic. So, I kinda have to wait. It sucks, completely.

It truly does suck. It's been broken for like 10 years or more, but the filling came out, and yeah, it's just bad. It's been open for almost a year, but I haven't been able to afford getting it pulled because of my meds. Now we can, and am, since it's not giving me much choice.

Hope you feel better soon, and good luck on the interview! Let me know how it goes!

I don't feel much better and it wasn't even interview. It was like all the people interested met up and then they'll go from our resumes or some crap. It was really odd. I hope I get it, but the place was kinda weird. *shakes head* And like I asked about my Tylenol 4s since I'll have to be on them a couple times after my tooth extraction, and they do drug tests. They acted like I shouldn't have asked or something. *shakes head* It was really, really odd.

And thank you for my gift! *hugs*

I think it's better to warn them about any meds you have taken rather than have the test show positive and ruin your chances of getting the job. I've always been up front about that stuff.

You're welcome :)

You'd think so, but apparently not. That's just how it's done or something. Being honest and asking for a perfectly valid reason? So not on. Or something. They confuse me. A lot.

And it was sweet since it's the only one I've been given today. I have no one to give me a Valentine, it was all "Awwww!!" for me.
