Lessee...an update not about Burning Man? Is it even possible? (snicker)

I'm moving out of my parents' house and in with Chris. We spent nearly all day Sunday cleaning up our new space. We bought a ceiling fan and even chose paint colors. Chris will hopefully be spackling this week and we will be painting this weekend.

So glad to hear you have your own place now to decorate and make into your own!

Regarding the booboo: if it grew up like that in a short period of time, I've gotta wonder if it's a boil. You might try putting a warm (really warm) washcloth (damp) on it and seeing if it seems like it becomes softer or comes to a head.

I just took the ace bandage off to show my Mom and it's much smaller than it was. Maybe the pressure from the bandage has compressed it? It's still hot and a little hard. I'll see how it is in the morning.

'Mad changes!' Good use of mad! A new girl?

The ibuprofen would have helped the swelling. I think the warm wrap suggested by your friend sounds like a very good idea.

Could get some arthritis medicine for Dezi. They can take the same stuff as people, just need a smaller dose. Can ask the Vet about it.
