Ok, ok, I admit it. Over the Christmas period I watched the festive editions of Bake Off, and was once again sucked into thinking "oh, that looks fun".

I find white chocolate easier to manipulate than the other kinds, probably because I buy the cheap stuff that's mostly plastic or something.

The snowflakes are a bit weirdly melty, I'd worry about eating them in case they tried to take me over and I turned into a giant walking chocolate snowflake. But otherwise it looks very appetising :-)

Yeah, the snowflakes were weirdly bendy - I put it down to the general distrustfulness of white chocolate.

I don't think I've been taken over, though.

Having a baker after your heart sounds even more scary.

It's ages 'til Hallowe'en but it's never too early to start planning your Hallowe'en cakes.
