Recently Serge and I took off our home phone line, and the past two months we've only been getting charged for DSL (about $20). Well, you know how these places have like extra charges for stuff, so I didn't think about it when our bill was around $35 the last couple of months. "Pet rent" is so effing stupid. When we were looking for places here we ran into the deposit plus rent thing, but were lucky enough to find a rent house and the landlord is cool with the cats. I think we had a small deposit, but man, when we lived in Alpharetta the deposit was like $400 PER PET so we told them we had ONE, lol.
