Whole Wheat Banana Muffins

I made these last night and they were AMAZING! Even my picky 9 year old brother loved them. The during taste was banana, the after taste was honey. They're also very moist ( Read more... )

you can substitute whole wheat in pretty much anything.

they say it makes bread more crumbly. so just substitute half if you like.

but for most cakes and cookies, the full substitution works just fine.
