Raspberry Almond Tarts (you could call them cup-pies)

So there were Xmas drinks at my place on Saturday night. The plan was a few friends over for some mulled wine and fruit mince pies followed by clubbing at the local gay club. They were really yummy.

The original Hobnobs are vegan, the chocolate ones are not :/ I find they work really well for any sort of biscuit base (like for cheesecake or lemon tart)
