After being vegetarian for 8 years I've decided to make the switch to vegan a few weeks ago. So far everything is going well, but I'm about to encounter my first eating out situation ( Read more... )

I've heard the oriental chicken wrap (and I think there's a salad) without the chicken is vegan, but I haven't done the research to verify that. I think the only issue would be the sauce/dressing they put in it.

I just got a plain house salad, lol. I wasn't feeling too well anyway and didn't want to eat anything too heavy.

I've had pasta with marinara sauce and a plain baked potato there in the past. I'm shy and did not ask if the pasta was actually vegan, though.

Yeah I have that bookmarked, however I wonder if its outdated? The options seem pretty limited on that site

Last time I was at Applebees they told me there was nothing vegan on the menu, and they couldn't custom make anything for me. I'd eat before going.
