Soy Intolerance

I've noticed I get sick when I eat certain soy products, such as fake meats and dairy. I get bad headaches and nausea, sometimes to the point of throwing up. This has been happening for a while but I've only just made the connection. However, I drink soymilk daily and have tofu several times a week, and don't have any problems. MSG was my first thought as well. It's also labeled as 'autolyzed yeast extract', 'yeast extract', 'autolyzed yeast', glutamate, and many many others. My first thought was the processing. Fake cheese and fake meat and so on tend to be highly processed, so they can get the right texture. Tofu and soymilk are not as processed.
