I've only ever seen or used Ener-G. You can get it through www.veganessentials.com or www.foodfightgrocery.com... probably quite a few other places as well, it's pretty popular :-)
You might also find vegancooking helpful; you can use the Recipe Index & FAQ for older archives, and the tags allow you to look up everything since tagging came into effect in LJ. There's a large section on substitutes there as well as tips and techniques and recipes by type and ingredient.
