Vegan running issues

I have never run more than 10k in my life, so I've never run so long that I needed to eat or drink while running. So I've got two questions. My goal is in a few weeks to run at least 10 and hopefully 13 miles. Do I even need to eat or drink during a run of that length? And my second question is, what do you eat on a long run? cliff bars are vegan, but i like luna and think organic bars better. i cant really answer the rest of your question, but i used to run cross country and sometimes i would run so hard and so long that i would throw up, so i dont think eating while you run is a good idea. try lots of pasta with beans before you run though, that might help.

chloroxygyn (liquid chlorophyll) is good for oxygenating the blood and helping to produce more red blood cells.

When I used to do my uber runs I never ate anything. You may want to look into GU or similar products for carb boosts though.

Try to eat trail mix with lots of raw nuts when you're running; it will fill you up fast and provide energy and protein. I would also try to get more protein and sugar for the blood loss, since it will raise you blood sugar levels again.
