I have never run more than 10k in my life, so I've never run so long that I needed to eat or drink while running. So I've got two questions. My goal is in a few weeks to run at least 10 and hopefully 13 miles. Do I even need to eat or drink during a run of that length? And my second question is, what do you eat on a long run? Are cliff bars
