I don't have an eating disorder, but this +1,000,000. Being vegan is great, but your health and wellbeing has to come first. If eating vegan is causing you stress or triggering/contributing to your ED, don't worry about eating vegan and just focus on getting healthy. The animals will understand! :)

Heya darlin', I'd consider dropping Gena from www.choosingraw.com an email. She's a qualified nutritionist with eating disorder experience. Her advice is phenomenal.

Lots of vegans take a while to transition completely to veganism and they aren't even dealing with an eating disorder so don't get down on yourself.

Consider yourself vegan starting whenever you feel like it. Everyone makes mistakes, just like with any lifestyle choice. I think after awhile being vegan becomes a habit, and then an instinct. You will eventually stop seeing non-vegan foods as an option, at least that's how it was for me. I hardly even see the cheetos when I go down the chip aisle. Give yourself time to work out your eating habits and when they are healthy and you feel stable, start forming vegan habits. :) Best of luck to you
