I want to make stuffed artichokes, but I'm having recipe trouble. I've been searching google for recipes, but they all call for cheese and bread crumbs. I can't bread or cheese. I'm trying to figure out what to stuff my artichokes with. I'm feeling totally clueless and non-creative tonight. I just don't know what to use. Thanks for any suggestions

Right..so I don't believe I have posted here before, but now is a great time to start. See, I went out and bought some asparagus and an artichoke today, since I've been making it a point to try new veggies whenever I can, and these were on sale and it just seemed like the perfect time to try it out.
