My marshmallow experimentation failed really miserably yesterday, but not to be outdone, I decided to salvage the marshmallow syrup by making a pecan lace cookie filled with the marshmallow syrup.

have any of you tried making rice krispie treats with ricemellow creme? and if so, does it work the same way? just add like, earth balance and the creme and heat it up, stir in the cereal? i'm not sure how it will react to heat? i've never cooked with it before...i just eat it out of the container..haha..

does anyone have a recipe for vegetarian/vegan marshmallows? i know they're out there and i want to make rice krispy squares =).
