Chocolate Mousse

24 oz silken tofu
3/8 cup oil
1 1/8 cup sugar
3/8 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
Puree tofu, mix in other ingredients. Freeze.
I didn't freeze the batch I made--I used it for cake topping ;)
