Field Roast Celebration Roast

Does anyone have any tips on how to prepare a Field Roast Celebration Roast? (like, what to baste it with or what to cook it with) I thought I'd try one tonight for my pre-Christmas-decorating dinner, but alas, it does not come with handy serving/cooking suggestions like Tofurky!

I'm totally late in answering! :(

My mom & I usually take this when we go camping. We just cut slices off of it & grill them with some olive oil.
