Help to veganize S'mores cheesecake minis

In the absence of a torch, would your broiler maybe work?

Also, the idea that there might be accidentally vegan marshmallow fluff out there makes me extremely giddy with hope. I haven't had anything even remotely marshmallow-esque in a couple years now.

You don't even need a broiler to melt dandies, I've made vegan rice krispie treats recently and you could just melt them in a pan with some earth balance and I bet you'd get something close.

But yeah, if you wanted the browning/crisp effect I'm not exactly sure how you might pull that off.
