These sound delicious, and I'd love to try them. Question: your preparation instructions say:

"In a mixer, combine the earth balance and sugar and CREAM until fluffy."

Is this mention of cream an error? It's not listed in your ingredients, and I peeked at the original recipe, and it's not listed in that one either.

I think the OP was using the verb form of "cream" which is to work (butter and sugar, or the like) into a smooth, creamy mass.

They're light, fluffy, and taste pretty similar to a snickerdoodle.
