I know! It was pretty safe in San Francisco but now that I'm back in New York, no one here seems to have the foggiest clue about how to make it without dumping in lots of cow milk and ground cinnamon.

Mmm...horchata, must try this thanks! It kills me that more often than not horchata has milk in it even though it is traditionally a rice beverage.
