A few kilos of sliced frozen bananas, I haz them. And since it's winter and too cold for Better Than Ice Cream! or yummy half-frozen fruit smoothies, I can't figure out what to do with them ( Read more... )

Sounds awesome! Do you have any tried & true recipes you could share? I've never made either, and don't want to start by picking a random recipe off the net.

Awesome, thanks for the reassurance! I just didn't want to ruin a bunch of perfectly good frozen bananas in case they didn't bake well. XD

I've only made banana oatmeal cookies so far (married to sunflower seed oatmeal cookies) and they were fab, but nothing else. Any ideas or favorite recipes? (I'd appreciate any kind of help with getting rid of, er, using up some of the ginger.)
