I have had a small jar of capers in my fridge for over a year that I would love to get rid of and NO idea or inspiration what to do with them. What are good ideas/dishes/recipes to include capers in other than tossing them in pasta? Any ideas?
(ps- please let me know if I missed the proper tag! I wans't sure how to categorize this)
-what can i do with...?,
vegetables(uncategorized),
condiments

You can also make a tomato carpaccio (slice tomatoes thinly, add chopped basil, capers, drizzle with olive oil, add some salt and peppers and optional microgreens/thinly sliced lettuce)

Sauteed Kale with Garlic, Shallots, and Capers, which sounds delicious. (The site mentions meat, but it's not part of the recipe.)
Tapenade.
Portobello sandwiches.
Plenty of ideas here.

1 teaspoon capers, drained
1/3 cup vegan mayonnaise
1 teaspoon white miso paste
1 1/2 teaspoons nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 teaspoon light agave nectar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
Put the garlic, capers, mayonnaise, miso paste, nutritional yeast, agave nectar, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons water in a food processor and pulse to combine.
With the motor running, slowly add the olive oil in a thin stream. Continue to blend for 1 minute.
