Butternut ginger soup and biscuits

So I generally sort of eyeball things when cooking, & improvise as I go, so sorry if measurements aren't exact. Feel free to be creative and substitute ingredients, this is a general idea.

perfect fall meal )

soups-creamy, soups-squash, herbs&spices-ginger, vegetables-squash, vegetables-squash-pumpkin, breads-biscuits(american-terminology)

With the soup, they are more salty than sweet despite the maple. And thanks!

you mean clove of garlic, not bulb, right?

i made the biscuits yesterday and i had to add almost a whole extra cup of flour to the recipe to get them to even be a proper consistency to roll out.. other than that they were good, but idk why it worked out like that..

weird, mine usually have juust enough liquid to even make a dough. did you use canned pumpkin or boiled squash?

canned pumpkin, idk why it happen like that.. but if you're serving them as i side dish or as a dessert like i sort of did, i mixed up earth balance buttery spread with maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice, it was soooo good with the biscuits.
