Banana & Strawberry Crumble

 My fruit bowl was laden with overripe bananas and strawberries, what was I to do? Make a delicious banana and strawberry crumble of course

just realised the 2/3 cup was meant to be sugar, not coconut and have edited accordingly :)

Ooh do you think this would work with more oats instead of the flour? Also how much is a punnet? And does coconut refer to shredded coconut or coconut oil?

i can't see why it wouldn't work with more oats instead of flour!
and a punnet of strawberries is 250g, so i think two punnets would be about 1 pound (if google converter is right)!
