Tonight we had roasted tomato, chilli and caper pasta and made scones for dessert. The pic doesn't show them with jam and 'cream' inside, but that's what we had. Both recipes were good so I thought I'd share. Oh, and I had raw spinach salad with the pasta which isn't shown either. I pretty much can't move now, but it was worth it!

I would highly recommend the pasta, there was a lot of flavour for so few ingredients.

Did you buy the cream or make it yourself?

I sweetened up some plain toffuti instead of the cream. Obviously that made it mind blowingly sweet, but when everyone else was having jam with theirs I had fresh strawberries which cut through the sweetness of the 'cream'. The fruited ones didn't work out very well though, so that's my next project :D
