Looks yummy, I used to eat this all of the time before I was vegan. Do they sell beef flavored seiten already made? I've never had it before and I don't have access to all of the ingredients to make it.

they do sell seitan pre-made. not sure about "beef-style", though. you could use tempeh or even big chunks of portobella mushrooms in this instead.
