Pie and mash is possibly my favorite meal and what I think of when I think of English home cooking. Making a veggie pie isn't hard, even if you don't use soya mince or other fake meats.
Bubble and squeak, or split pea soup, or leek and potato soup can be made vegan too without even breaking a sweat.
British food is my favorite. I eat it daily and never have trouble adapting it for veganism. I even enjoy vegan fry-ups on Sundays.

Toad in the hole (Make batter with oat milk) with a good non meat sausage.
A nice rich stew with herby dumplings.
Stuffed marrow.
'Fish', chips and mushy peas with battered tofu fish.
For dessert, rice pudding is utterly gorgeous made with almond milk.
Rhubarb crumble or apple pie with custard.
Trifle or baked apples.

Of course, you could also do a fry of some kind (perhaps fried tofu instead of fish?) with chips.
