hummus

help! i've checked the tags...
we've got a mammoth tub of hummus that expires today and we're not sure how to use it up besides eating lots of sandwiches/chips. etc.

i was thinking of a baked ravioli of sorts with hummus and maybe roots? suggestions?

I made this chickpea tart recipe awhile back and figured next time I did it, I's skip the boring chickpea mashing part by just using hummus instead.

It was faboo.

I like it with pasta, on a baked potato and, my favourite, used instead of margarine with sweet potato mash :)

Mix it with some finely chopped onions, flour and some parsley if you've got any. Form it into balls. Deep fry it: Voila, falafels.

Mix it in with rice and lentils.
